Communicating a complex proposition

DIN needed a new website that focused on providing a contemporary and an accurate portrayal of their advanced proposition, but that was also easy for the customer to understand. With an immediate focus on creating separate journeys for the B2B and B2C customers.

DIN had limited time to enhance the brand. They needed a simple way to encompass the new proposition and visual identity that strengthens the brand across multiple digital channels.

Understanding the proposition

As part of our brand and design evaluation, we ran a series of stakeholder workshops to understand DIN’s propostion, target audience and core KPI’s.

From here we were able to create new journeys, that engaged every type of business and their customers and presented a hierarchy of information that encouraged engagement.

This gave us fast and trustworthy foundations to begin building a more engaging user experience.

Creative Development

To really make the site come to life we utilised Lottie animations, lightweight, scalable animations that work on any device and can scale up or down without pixelation

Using these types of animations ensures exciting refreshing designs without slowing down the loading speed for the user and ultimately making a more exciting and engaging user experience.

Helping the customer understand

After refreshing the brand, to ensure the customer understands the CMS, we created help guides and a video that embodied the position and communicated this clearly to prospective and existing customers.

We needed to create an experience which was user friendly for the customer and the business. Our developers ensured they created a CMS that was intuitive to use and allowed DIN’s content managers to create unique landing pages to enhance their communication strategy.
